\u200b\u00a0Today, Nikos Martimianakis is the Sales & Marketing Director at High Beach Hotels Collection \u2013 5 Resorts*<\/strong>bringing extensive experience in hotel reservations and sales operations across both city hotels and resort properties. In his current role, he is responsible for driving hotel profitability by developing and implementing strategies aimed at increasing occupancy levels and maximising the profitable performance of all hotel departments.<\/p>

NM: I work as a Sales & Marketing Director for a hotel group, where I am responsible for maximising hotel revenue by developing strategies and programmes aimed at increasing occupancy rates and ensuring the profitable utilisation of accommodation facilities, meeting spaces, and leisure services.<\/p>

I manage and coordinate marketing strategies, market research initiatives, advertising development, social media promotion, pricing strategies, revenue management, and public relations activities.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>
