Every University in the United Kingdom maintains an independent Quality & Regulation Team, responsible for overseeing and evaluating the academic operation of both its internal Schools and its international collaborative partners, such as MBS College of Crete.

These departments operate in accordance with the standards and requirements of the UK Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) and conduct regular reviews regarding operational procedures, academic processes and compliance with academic standards. They analyse annual reports, systematically review student and staff feedback, and prepare evaluation reports concerning the quality and effectiveness of collaborative partnerships.

They also retain the authority to intervene in cases where the required standards of quality, academic operation or regulatory compliance are not met - including, where necessary, the suspension or termination of a partnership.
