As an MBS alumnus, Argyris shares his personal experience and the valuable knowledge he gained as a student of the Psychology programme. His academic background in the sciences supported his development in research-related roles, including working as a Statistical Data Analyst at the Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH), while simultaneously providing psychotherapy through the organisation of daily support groups for inpatients at the Psychiatric Clinic of the University Hospital of Heraklion (PAGNI).

Today, Argyris Tzibibakis is an experienced professional in clinical assessment and crisis intervention, working as a Clinical Psychologist in Heraklion, Crete. He holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Utrecht University, the Netherlands. Recently, Argyris began a new professional collaboration as a Clinical Psychologist at an Early Intervention in Psychosis Centre, where he focuses on the identification of potential disorders and the development of personalised treatment plans. His responsibilities include the clinical assessment of psychotic symptoms through the use of validated psychometric assessment tools.

In this brief profile, Argyris reflects on his professional transition from teaching science subjects to becoming a Clinical Psychologist. He is a compassionate mental health professional with extensive additional training in psychotherapeutic techniques and a deep understanding of human behaviour.
